The team at the Shaldon office, most especially Mia did an amazing job, above and beyond, on our purchase. It was similarly very positive with our sale via Peter at the Dawlish office. Previously, we found a larger local estate agent unbelievably poor, with a couldn't be bothered attitude, and if they thought that we weren't serious buyers/sellers they couldn't have been further from the truth. With the team effort at Absolute, we had a buyer in 10-days, allowing us to formalise our purchase offer soon afterwards. If you are looking for a professional, personalised service then we would strongly recommend speaking to these people.
