I decided to use Inspire as they were a local estate agents with easy parking rather than using the main town, and so glad I did. From the start they were fantastic right through to the very end, we were first visited by Vic who took some great photo's and through out the sale we were constantly kept in the loop by Vic or the team working beside him. Would I use them again. ABSOLUTELY.

We bought our property through Inspire Homes and I must say they were extremely helpful throughout the whole experience , We dealt with several of the staff who were all lovely and also efficient. Both Laura and Stephen couldn't do enough to help . I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good experience.

All the staff were amazing, so helpful and polite. They provided us with all the information that we needed and went the extra mile just to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Ross and Vic especially helped us and guided us through the whole process of purchasing the house and made the transaction fast and smooth. I cannot recommend Inspire enough. We sold through them and from start to finish they gave the best service. I specifically dealt with Vic and Matt who were so helpful and worked hard to get people through the door. Once they did, they took the time to understand everything about the house so they could give all the detailed information on the viewings. Once sold they were always keeping me up to date with how the house was progressing. They didn't care how much I got in contact and would always do everything they could to help progress the sale (even when it was out of their control) They genuinely care. Most estate agents would get you the sale and then move on to the next one but Inspire I feel work just as hard to progress the sale to completion which is exactly what you want. Thank you!

Inspire recently sold our mums house in Constable Road Tilgate. I personally have sold/purchased property eight times and this is by a long way the best agent that I have ever delt with. People often talk of going the extra mile but Inspire really did just that, with no family living close to mums place the agent did far more leg work than would normally be expected. They understand the needs of older people and are highly professional and sensitive in dealing with safeguarding and security issues. I have to make special mention of Vic who was not just friendly and professional by really seemed to take a personal interest in mums sale and her interests. Thank you again Vic. This company is highly recommended by our whole family. Use them, you will not be disappointed.

I have just completed my sale last week, and must say, I am very impressed with Inspire as my agent. From the first time Matt (the owner) walked to my house and all the way through to completion, I felt like a very important and valued customer to them. Ross Brown, who brought the best offer and agreed the sale with the buyer was absolutely fantastic! He was very quickly responding to all my queries and negotiated hard on my behalf. And when the legal process started, was very diligent following with the buyers solicitors when delays started looming. We did it together, that's how I felt. He had my back all the way through the process. I also wanted to mention the Inspire team. Whoever I've spoken to were very polite, professional and ready to assist. In rare occasions I could not reach Ross straight forward they picked it up and helped the progress. Many thanks to you Inspire, you are the greatest!
