As a result of their marketing we were able to accept an offer promptly, and while this didn't proceed satisfactorily, they quickly found an alternative buyer. What really impressed was their commitment to progressing the sale, especially Emma's efforts. Completing was difficult because of parties elsewhere in the chain. Emma worked tirelessly, engaging at all levels. She communicated regularly, supporting us through a very challenging process.
