I don’t do reviews, and in my 62 years and numerous house sales, I have never felt happy enough to write one about an estate agent. Emma at Parkers, and Parker’s in general, are the exception to the rule. I have seen another review stating how proactive these guys are, and I can only echo that sentiment. They earn their money and Emma worked incredibly hard on my behalf, especially with my useless solicitors. I really felt Emma was “on my side”, and really pushed things along through some quite complicated negotiations. I resent paying commission, but in this case, they were excellent value for money.
