Awful experience, communication was virtually non existent. Edit: I was asking you about the deposit before the tenants moved in, and I continued to ask you for months after they moved in. Maybe you are referring to the first email I sent you but if you read it I detail all of the previous communication. The main issue I have with Parkers as I tried to tell you on the phone is that no matter what I say to you, you just bat it back to me and tell me I'm wrong (as you have just illustrated by the way) rather than actually trying to understand why you make me feel the way I do.

Dear Rowan, I was disappointed to read your recent review, particularly given the conversation you had with our Director, Simon, last week. As discussed, the issues you raised were fully addressed and all relevant information was provided to you at the time of the move-in. Furthermore, we did not receive any communication from you regarding these matters until four months after the tenants had moved in, at which point Erin promptly assisted you with your query. We communicated clearly and regularly throughout the process, and it is unfortunate that you have chosen to place the responsibility on us when our team has consistently worked to support you.
