Parkers set up a Whastapp group chat with us and the sales team, we found this was an excellent way to communicate booking in viewings, quick communication and would even give us instant feedback and when we could come home, which was great working around the kids and work. Emma nurtured the sale from start to finish, she did an amazing job keeping us in the loop throughout the transaction and managing the chain. Herself and Charlie were always there when we needed them which made it all seamless and as stress free as possible.
