Pretty smooth experience with PW buying our first home. The sales team was responsive, helped us with viewings and effectively negotiated the deal. They have a separate handler post-"sales agreed" who was also very proactive and great in communications, chasing all parties. We were able to complete whole coveyancing process in about 2 months (though because of our rental notice, deal completed in about 4 months). Overall very smooth experience!
