2.5 Years Violating GDPR I contacted this agency in November 2024 about a property, which I may or may not have visited. Shortly after, once I had found a suitable property, I clearly told them to remove my details - I explicitly invoked GDPR’s right to erasure and told them to delete my data. They ignored me. This cycle has repeated multiple times. Despite this, they continue sending marketing emails — every few months, right up to May 2026. This is not just spam; it is a clear violation of UK GDPR and PECR. Once a person withdraws consent or requests deletion, the law requires immediate action. They have done neither. Emailing property details, or summaries of new legislation both fall under the same requirement. If they had followed the law they would not longer have my email and would not be able to contact me whenever they felt like it. Do yourself a favour: Use other agencies. Do not trust this agency with your data. They disregard your privacy rights and treat GDPR as optional.
