We were more than happy with the services provided by Location Location East. From day of instruction to completion of a sale (today) it was 7 weeks. A record by all the accounts I am reading. Sales proceeds were over 3% of asking price. Andy was very professional, kept us up to date with the sales process the whole way through and chased where necessary to ensure paperwork got to where it should be in the shortest possible time.
