I first met Andy when I was selling my house several years ago. He was one of 5 agents we had round to value our house. To be honest, I thought he was being a little ambitious at what he said he could achieve for us! But he told me to trust him, so I did! The service we got from him was second to none, and although it may look like you’re paying a premium compared to other agents offering 1% , when he achieves a price way beyond the other agents, he pays for himself, and some! Always being on hand, and going above and beyond with getting stuck in on the run up to the event, during the event, and actually helping set up and clear up which meant long hours, and a lot of work all in his own time!
