They are very professional, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, honest and very responsive. There were hardly questions that they couldn't answer about the area and the house. They were very thorough with the process, helped us at every stage and made the whole process seamless. I was very impressed by the way they present the houses online and the tools they use, it's brilliant! On the day of completion Andrew greeted us at the house, answered any questions we had and handed over the keys with some lovely gifts. They even stayed in touch after the purchase was over to check how we were getting on and if there was any thing they could help with... Now that's excellent customer service!
