My initial dealings with Hayley were very good. She was very professional and helpful with progressing a purchase. After the vendors decided not to proceed I received an irate call from Ben. We have since left a message and asked David to view another property with no response.

Never, ever rent with Lawsons. Upon ending my tenancy I was lied to about failed repairs not being charged to me and then they took my entire deposit. I won thanks to an adjudicator agreeing the absurd amounts charged were unjustifiable. > the lift will never, ever be fixed > the intercom system was removed for no reason (enjoy having no doorbell) > my bathroom flooded because a previous "repair" was a BOWL UNDER THE LEAK > the hallways/communal are disgusting > the badly repaired kitchen floor was somehow my problem > the communal washer/dryers were removed for MONTHS with no ETA or notice (and expensive to use when they did arrive) > reported maintenance was never acted on The list goes on, the rent went up, and a mirror and horrid sofa in the downstairs area is not a justifiable reason. I hope to never cross paths with Lawsons again.
