Really positive process dealing with Milne Moser with really high levels of communication and engagement to ensure we knew what was happening. From the first viewing they were very good with us answering any questions and offering information but allowing us to look at our own pace without feeling like we were being pushed into something. All the way through to completion support and reassurance was provided to help make a stressful process easier. Helen’s regular phone calls and chasing of other parties got us through a move that had a lot of difficulties and we are not sure we could have done it without her.
