There's a lot I could say about Ollie and the experience so far, but in summary it's been thoroughly enjoyable and I believe a great outcome for everyone. I put my faith and partly my future happiness in Ollie to help locate the best family/buyer for my property because its extremely important to know that whoever chose to purchase would be really happy here once I left. Ollie knew the potential buyers straight away, fortunately. He was exceptional in his organisation, planning and communicating through the process and is very charming and enjoyable to spend time with that it didn't feel a stressful process or cumbersome. The potential buyers took time to make sure it was right for everyone now and bought a builder round to discuss extending for the future. During this time Ollie kept me informed and the outcome is that we have reached an offer that suits everyone and was done in a very reasonable period of time indeed. Ollie has a unique approach but its 100% proven by me and is refreshing. I was considering the online platforms but was hesitant because I feel better working with someone because selling or buying is an xtremely important event in your life that you should enlist the best help and support you can, its got to be worth that.
