Really disappointed with how we were treated. We viewed a property a few months ago, after filling the about us form in. Bear in mind, I stated the number of pets we had and also that my partner had some adverse credit. We were told though at the viewing that Belvoir hadnt noticed on the form that we had 2 pets and my partner had some adverse credit!? Surely the point of filling the form in is to avoid wasting everyones time? The viewing went ahead all fine and and as wished to go ahead with the property. The next day we had a text message saying sorry they only accept one dog. Fine, but why let us view it knowing we had 2. Our circumstances have now changed and we now only have the one pet. I noticed the property was still on Rightmove and sent an email showing interest. Nearly a week later and I’ve heard nothing back. Not even an email to say thanks for your interest. Disappointed in your customer service and lack of care. In all honesty even at the viewing we felt like we weren’t welcome. As soon as i mentioned pets and adverse credit, I felt like we were just rushed out the door. Very unfair in my opinion. Please take the time to read the about you form in future to avoid wasting your customers time!
