Although I rarely needed to get in touch, whenever I did, someone was always available and helpful on the other end of the phone. The entire Belvoir team has been fantastic—professional, responsive, and supportive throughout my tenancy. It’s worth noting that when renting through a letting agency where the property is owned by a private landlord, challenges can arise—particularly when it comes to repairs that fall outside basic health and safety requirements. In my case, the landlord was sometimes difficult when it came to approving necessary maintenance. That said, Belvoir consistently advocated on my behalf when it was reasonable to do so, and I always felt they had my best interests in mind.
