Belvoir have been letting my first property for around 18 months. From the initial meeting with Simon, it was clear this is a company that know what they are doing, and care about their customers. As a new landlord Simon and the team have always been happy to give advice, and I have had no problems, The fact I now have three properties, all let through Belvoir should in itself speak of my belief in and satisfaction with all they do. Although Simon is at the helm, it is very much a team effort and I am grateful to all.
