Update - regarding the issues below, i would like to thank Belvoir for their assistance to date and although we didn’t see eye to eye, every effort was made by Belvoir Telford to rectify the situation and for that I am grateful.
Initial review - I’m a current tenant and looking to leave, they are rude when trying to contact them and very unhelpful when you need their help with something, very disappointed in their service which is a shame because we love this housePositiveResponsiveness

I will look into your comments as I am certain that you will have had speedy communications. I do know that you have asked if you can have a dog in the property and your new Landlord has declined your request.
The new Landlord has decided that new pet requests will be turned down.
