Dreadful company! Took over a month to vet myself and my partner, which was not done correctly so I basically had to do their work for them. Followed by things not working in the property, random people tuning up to carry out work that wasn't planned. They managed to lose important personal details to which they tried to blame our landlord. Was told if I had any problems that I needed to contacted the office, only to then be told I needed to contact the landlord. Total lack of communication and professionalism.
