I continue to have an amazing experience with the whole team at Belvoir in Telford. The customer service, attention to detail, care and attention to both landlord and tenant is outstanding. I never have to worry about a thing, they handle everything so professionally with amazing communication and with complete honesty. They go above and beyond to help. I am so lucky they exist as customer care at this level is really hard to find these days but the people in Belvoir Telford surpass any expectations, I can only say don't go elsewhere if you are a tenant or landlord. I am from a business/finance customer service and training/development/HR background originally and I would be proud to have had any of these staff working with my customers, to be on the receiving end of such a considerate and thoughtful team of people as their customer, I can honestly say I feel the luckiest landlord around. No horrific surprises, work for landlord and tenant equally and fairly and will discuss and offer solutions to any enquiries I have ever had. They are real people with real personalities and can act with intelligence and common sense in all areas of their business, what a refreshing change to have people who can communicate, problem solve and get things sorted with ease.
