Having received an excellent service from the lettings section of Curchods over the last 2 1/2 years, I decided to use the sales department for the sale of my property. They were efficient and effective and provided excellent customer service. I never felt I was being fobbed off in any way when I called and always received feedback on the ongoing sales process. In all, having lowered the initial asking price to that recommended by Curchods, I had buyers very quickly. In particular, I found Declan (my main contact in the sales office) to be very helpful and proactive during what I have found during previous sales elsewhere to have been a very long drawn out procedure. Declan communicated well with the other stake holders (solicitors, surveyors, buyers etc.) which in turn expedited what could have been a very tedious exercise. Having previously been through the process of buying and selling a number of other properties I can honestly say that I consider Curchods provided me with a first rate property sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
