Let me start with saying that it does matter (extremely) which estate agency you will pick to deal with your sale. I was dealing with another agents before employing The Property Centre and it was nothing short of nightmare. The Property Centre sold me within 2 weeks from taking over. They achieved full asking price, which was more than I wanted and more than previous agency suggested. Sale is a daunting process and you rarely know everything that is happening with your sale. Not with The Property Centre you don't. They have set me up an extremely helpful group chat to keep me informed on the progress of everything and they were chasing things for me with both sides solicitors. Absolutely worth every penny of their well deserved commission. I know other people who sold using The Property Centre and their experience was as good as mine, which means that the business is just operating that way and puts customer first. My heartfelt thanks to Jon, Lizzie and everyone else at The Property Centre. Keep on doing what you are doing and soon others will have no customers as I could see the difference from the day 1.

The Property Centre helped us find our lovely new home, offered us great advice in who to contact re: mortgages (the Levels financial, again 5 🌟), and were so friendly, and patient with us. Great with communications, especially when we got into a bit of a bidding war lol. Without them, we would not be able to be moving into our lovely new house. Have already recommended TPC to friends, and would recommend to anyone. Ellie was a star for us, although all we spoke to at TPC really seemed to care about getting the right house for you. We tried other agents at the beginning of our house buying journey, and quickly ended up exclusively using TPC. Great people, great attitude, would 💯 recommend.
