Let me start with saying that it does matter (extremely) which estate agency you will pick to deal with your sale. I was dealing with another agents before employing The Property Centre and it was nothing short of nightmare. The Property Centre sold me within 2 weeks from taking over. They achieved full asking price, which was more than I wanted and more than previous agency suggested. Sale is a daunting process and you rarely know everything that is happening with your sale. Not with The Property Centre you don't. They have set me up an extremely helpful group chat to keep me informed on the progress of everything and they were chasing things for me with both sides solicitors. Absolutely worth every penny of their well deserved commission. I know other people who sold using The Property Centre and their experience was as good as mine, which means that the business is just operating that way and puts customer first.
