Useless!!

Have been trying to view a property in Taunton that is on the market with estate agent for the last 3 weeks!!. Have left messages and even had an appointment booked for 10.00 today which they didn't confirm by email, when we phoned to confirm the viewing they said really sorry but one of our staff has not confirmed it so we can't do the viewing now!!! Feel sorry for the sellers ,as we could've bought this property 3 weeks ago if their agents weren't so crap!!
