Both Andy and Antoinette have been extremely helpful and very responsive in every communication we have have around my rented property. Living in Australia can sometimes create communicate issues around my UK property that is rented out but this has not been the case with Andy and Antoinette's help. I would recommend them 100% for there help, guidance and customer service.

We have been with Northwoods for approx 11yrs and I have to say we have been very pleased with their service throughout. Me and my husband are landlords and Northwoods have always looked after our interests, both as a landlord and for our tennents . They are friendly and helpful and are quick to sort out any problems or queries without hesitation. Antoinette in particular has always acted quickly to our needs and would like to thank her for all her help over the years. We rented at property with Northwood Tamworth and stayed there for 7 years. Andy and Antoinette were our main contacts and were always very polite, courteous and helpful. We rarely had any issues with them, they were always happy to work around me when it came to inspections of the property, even when I worked night shifts and needed to sleep in the day, they would come at a time I requested. The only negatives I would state was an ongoing problem with our outside tap. They would often send someone to fix it but it wasn’t a permanent fix, therefore the plumber would keep coming back. Also the 3 monthly inspections seemed extreme... Otherwise it was an absolute pleasure having them as our estate agents and they have always been on the other end of the phone. Thank you so much!

Utilised this company when moving house. From a false valuation to attempts to extract maximum fees from us. The whole experience was one we would rather forget. Pressure also applied to use their broker.

"Awful..."

Very poor agent. They care very little for the tenant and so much more for the landlord. Staff are lacking knowledge in property field and are very rude. They claim to be on first name terms with all tenants. Well yes if that means been patrionising by calling them by their first name without permission. High fees and suspect tactics used. One to definitely avoid.

"Consistently bad service...."

Consistently bad service. Poorly trained unhelpful staff. Sky high fees. The sort of operation that gives the market a bad name. Overall would definitely not recommend.
