We rented at property with Northwood Tamworth and stayed there for 7 years. Andy and Antoinette were our main contacts and were always very polite, courteous and helpful. We rarely had any issues with them, they were always happy to work around me when it came to inspections of the property, even when I worked night shifts and needed to sleep in the day, they would come at a time I requested. The only negatives I would state was an ongoing problem with our outside tap. They would often send someone to fix it but it wasn’t a permanent fix, therefore the plumber would keep coming back. Also the 3 monthly inspections seemed extreme... Otherwise it was an absolute pleasure having them as our estate agents and they have always been on the other end of the phone. Thank you so much!
