Lloyd came in to us after two very tempting, all singing all dancing valuations and stole the show with his to the point, lets get this job done attitude and he didnt let us down. We had buyers within a couple of weeks after many other offers and if it werent for covid im sure they would have had the sale wrapped up in no time. Theyv been an asset in helping us communicate with buyers and solicitors, this being our first ever house sale. Laura has kept us in the loop every step of the way and has become more like a friend of the family with her kind, humerous, easy going and warm personality.. and all this over emails!.
