Selling a property during a pandemic, with a race to completing before stamp duty relief ends, is the perfect recipe for a nightmare. Not for Martin and Co Tamworth!!!... Laura handled our sale and was instrumental in completing it given our challenging buyers. Laura managed our expectations perfectly and was always very open and honest with us, whilst driving all parties hard to progress the sale.
