Thank you for your feedback. You will recall that we did in fact call you to point out that we attended the property and knocked the door on several occasions without response. We could hear activity in the property and assumed you could not hear our knocking or were otherwise engaged. Having received no response our member of staff returned to the office where you advised you did not want to re-book an appointment.
