Great help and a huge shout out to Samantha Dudley for all her help in this property, we have dealt with Samantha before and she is always very helpful and down to earth 5* every time, this is our first time with Martin & Co but so far have been absolutely brilliant looking forward to the future here and leaving our old agents (which side note are still withholding a deposit even after the handover and seeing the property we left was in faaaar better condition than the mold infested property we started out renting over 2 years ago)
