Thrilled with the service I receive from the whole team at the Tamworth Branch of Martin and Co
Always let properties very quickly for me , regular inspections and very detailed reports afterwards , annual rent reviews and always respond to maintenance issues promptly . In addition the whole team are lovely to deal with . I wouldn’t use any other agent

A landlords perspective
If you think being a landlord is money for jam - You're wrong. If you think managing a property is money for jam - you're wrong. Things can, do, and will go wrong, usually when you least want, or expect it to. The above is whats sets Martin and Co Tamworth apart from the herd, and believe me, I do speak with some considerable experience in this. Ayden, Lloyd and Rebecca are not part of this business, they ARE this business. Completely professional, very approachable, they are a one stop shop. Martin and Co Tamworth have managed a property for me for at least the last ten years, but probably a lot longer. During that period, both good times and bad, Martin and Co, and Ayden in particular have given nothing less than 110% when it comes to property management. Real world people, giving a real world service. They are excellent.

Tamworth Branch - Excellent
Couldn't have asked for anymore from this branch when selling my property. Kind, attentive staff who sold the property quickly when it had been on the market a while with another estate agents. Kept updated through whole process. Would highly recommend.

Excellent estate agent
Just sold my house through Martin & Co Tamworth at a very difficult time. The whole team were excellent, especially Ayden and Claire who were my main contacts. Everyone one was really helpful and friendly. Don’t believe everything you hear about estate agents - there are great ones!😉
