Very informative and professional Just want to say a big thumbs up to Matin & Co for all the work they have put in letting a house out for me. It took a while because the house needed quite a lot doing to it to get it to a good standard, but they helped every step of the way, keeping me informed at all times through phone and emails. They responded to my numerous emails and phone calls with patience and in a professional but friendly way. I would highly recommend them

Would definitely recommend. From start to finish brilliant service, speedy responses and down to earth, friendly interactions. No nonsense or long winded salespitch waffle! Lloyd came in to us after two very tempting, all singing all dancing valuations and stole the show with his to the point, lets get this job done attitude and he didnt let us down. We had buyers within a couple of weeks after many other offers and if it werent for covid im sure they would have had the sale wrapped up in no time. Theyv been an asset in helping us communicate with buyers and solicitors, this being our first ever house sale. We recently brought a house through Martin & Co. Only really dealing with Laura at the Tamworth branch throughout the process, from viewing through to completion and she was amazing throughout. She was always available to answer any questions with a super friendly 5* service. Would highly recommend Laura.

Great service from the team in Tamworth branch private rented for 6 years with them. From the moment we walked into the branch we were made to feel welcome and nothing was ever a problem for the team. Any issues we had with our property was dealt with within 24 hours and we had an emergency line if it was out of hours. We recently went through getting our deposit back and we were talked through the process with Ayden and Loyde at which we received our deposit payment back within 3 days. The whole process was fair and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a well looked after and maintained property and are knowledgeable in all aspects of law and solicitor sector.
