This is my first property I have sold so I was unsure what was involved. I choose Belvoir as they were a local estate agent for many years. When I spoke to Paul he was very helpful and when I didn’t understand things he was always available on the phone to explain things. I have rented this property out with various estate agents for many years and in the past have had problems with the estate agents showing people around the property.
