We had a look at Purple Bricks, Belvoir including S&G which is local to our area. Weighing up the options whether to go with the cheap and hard work option of PB or the services of an estate agent we broke down the costs versus amount of grief and hard work involved. We viewed our now house it was Sansome and George that facilitated it. Other estate agents were cheesey and not commital. The high level of service, Prompt timings, negotiated fees, and frank and honest conversations meant that Sansome and George came out on top. They facilitated the griefy show house appts and took the pain out of moving. David was attentive and personable without the pushy sales type that often is stereotyped with estate agents. I would use them without hesitation over all the other estate agents in the North Hampshire area.
