Our original onward purchase unfortunately fell through, but we were able to continue with our sale. Craig was helpful, communicative and professional throughout what could easily have become a very stressful process. We were extremely happy with the service we received and with how the sale was handled from start to finish. Some time later, when we found our current home, we happened to be dealing with EweMove again, this time through James Cramp as the agent for the property we were buying. James was equally excellent to deal with. He was able to put us in touch with suitable services, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, and was approachable, responsive and did a great job of keeping things moving and keeping us informed throughout the purchase. The progression of both our sale and purchase was managed well by Megan Hewitt and Olivia Morris. Everything was trackable through an online portal, where we could upload documents and were notified of changes and progress through the various stages of each transaction including those driven by the buyer or seller. Having now experienced EweMove from both sides of the process, selling through Craig and later buying through James, I’d happily recommend them. Both the agents and the progression team and other support services left us with a very positive impression.
