He was very responsive to any questions that we had and always gave us feedback as soon as possible after each viewing. He kept us updated on each prospective buyer and when we had an offer, he gave us excellent advice which helped us to secure a good price for our house. Additionally, as we have been viewing houses to buy, he has spent time doing research and giving us his opinion on what the house is worth and guidance on offering. He has been available at evenings, weekends and during the day and clearly enjoys what he does! Selling and buying a house is a very stressful time but James has made it much easier for us.
