I would first of all like to take this opportunity to apologize for the way you felt/feel about the way you were treated by Newton Fallowell, however, we did call you 20 minutes before the appointment in which you were still on your way to and we very much apologized that our colleagues car had broken down on the side of the road. Unfortunately there was not a replacement car to come out to you. to conduct the viewing but we did offer you an alternative day and time. Newton Fallowell has very high standards but unfortunately thing such as this are unexpected and unforeseen. Thank you..
