Poor service. Constantly had to chase. When asked for a valuation, they confirmed an appointment to see the house and didn’t turn up…twice. When going to collect a key from the Syston office, I called to confirm opening times, which was confirmed as 2pm on a Saturday…however nobody in sight at 1.30pm, wasting my time again.

This is by far the worst estate agent in leicester, don't use them, there is no communication, dont lead by example, no call backs, no feedback from viewing, and your property wont sell, find better agents instead of using these guys, avoid at all cost

I called them, but no one answered nor was I able to leave a message - glad I am not choosing them to sell my home

Not professional in arranging viewing. When I reached there at the given time no one from estate agent turned up. Even knocked on the door the seller didn’t answer the door which is not a problem. After that I called agents and she gave me number to call then I called 3 times and no one answered. That lady called me after 25 minutes to say owners have been waiting why didn’t you turn up?? When I said I’m out of the area obviously it’s been nearly half an hour of no response from agents then she goes ohh they have been waiting so you can’t cancel and she started giving me warnings that she will let others agents know that you don’t turn up on viewings. There was no professionalism in her mannerisms.

If I could put a rating it would be a 0, absolutely rubbish. Rang 3 times and left a message for agents to call back to arrange a viewing on a property. Rang 4th time and now property sold. Will never use the agents for any future buying/selling.

Booked an appointment to view a property, drove an hour on a Saturday morning to the viewing and nobody turned up. Contacted the agents to be told the house isn’t for sale, nobody attempted to contact us regarding the appointment and the property is still available on Rightmove. Awful experience, really poor customer care.
