I am so glad i picked Newton Fallowell to sell our house! As it happened we brough through NF as well! All the staff from Steves valuation to Alesia and Pams help though out our sale and purchase was amazing! They went above and beyond to help us get our dream home! Poor service. Constantly had to chase. When asked for a valuation, they confirmed an appointment to see the house and didn’t turn up…twice. When going to collect a key from the Syston office, I called to confirm opening times, which was confirmed as 2pm on a Saturday…however nobody in sight at 1.30pm, wasting my time again.
