This is the second time I’ve put my house on the market with Richard James and they haven’t disappointed! We had a really competitive valuation where we were provided with lots of research and information in a booklet. Dom was very approachable, friendly and had all the answers to my questions. Once on the market we sold within 2 weeks and in what was a pretty stressful time where I was on edge a lot of the time due to us finding another property we wanted to buy, they took all of my calls happily and made me feel at ease even though I rang alot🙈 I can’t praise Courtney enough who we dealt with the most! Always friendly, helpful and making us feel looked after! She well and truly goes the extra mile!
