Hi Marius, We are sorry to hear about this and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the access issue was out of our control due to an issue with the locks but appreciate this is no excuse for not getting in touch with you in a timely manner. In regards to the photos, I have been advised these were done recently and as you can appreciate can only portray so much of the property which is why we always recommend viewing properties to get an idea of the area and space. We accept all feedback and will look to try and improve areas to ensure we try and avoid these situations from happening.
