Sold our home through Mcfarlane North Swindon. Jo and Tom have been a great help. It has been a lengthy, tricky and very stressful experience, mostly due to the issues that arose from our initial purchase which we eventually pulled out of. Jo and Tom relaunched our property and we were inundated with viewings and offers and achieved a fantastic price. We have finally exchanged on our new home and very much looking forward to completion day. All the staff are very helpful, Tom is always on hand to liaise with queries and Jo will see through the the sale/purchase and chase for updates. I cannot credit Jo enough for her knowledge, empathy and advice, she really does have a very difficult and demanding role in the current housing market climate and for being so patient with us when things were not going in our favour. I would highly recommend them 😀
