The agency appears to be unprofessional, as they conducted an inspection and denied it five times within a span of two weeks for the same property.

I am outraged by this "agency". For two weeks I have been trying to get an appointment for a viewing for Fanstones Road, and they always cancel it for me. I have an inspection of a property from their agency where the agent was very haughty. I have no idea how people trust them. Separately, today, August 13, I received an email to organize an appointment for another property, which, if you notice, has been available since July 10. I'm also shocked by the fee which they want supposedly for a document check, which is not subject to return if you do not pass this check. Beware of this agency. A shame!!!

I think the agency treated me quite frivolously, in the last two weeks I received an appointment to view a property and they refused me 5 times for the same one. They played with me a lot

Awful service would not recommend unless you do not care about your property as a landlord, they are only interested in the money coming in after recently split from Richard James (I wonder why) I have been with both and was convinced by the owner to stay with Home finders how wrong was I to do so, do not waste your money go elsewhere better rates and service other than here. If you’re a landlord and you pick up on faults with your property Homefinders with hold them against you meaning the more you raise with them the more time they have to spend fixing the faults and organising engineers this is what was told to me they haven’t got the time to spend fixing the faults I take up too much of their time, so in essence they want me to let my house go down the tubes but still rent it out, shoddy service by them no wonder landlords have a bad name if you have agencies like this out there.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

We are also sorry that we had to advise you last week that we no longer wished to manage your property - this is not something that we like to do, or in fact do very often at all, but as per your many conversations over many hours with numerous members of our team we were unfortunately unable to comply with many of your wishes regarding your property or your stipulations regarding limitations concerning any future tenants for your property. We would however like to wish you all the very best going forward.

EDIT: appreciate the reply, I still have not been given pictures of areas such as underneath furniture, sofa cushions, or most areas for which I have been charged a cleaning fee. Many of some difficult access / hidden areas were very dirty as if cleaners missed it completely. Remember to take a lot of pictures upon moving in when renting! Left my rented flat in a way cleaner than when I moved in (definitely not what you would call a professional cleaning how I found it) to find that I get quoted over £100 cleaning fees for a small 1 bed flat. Naive me that I did not take pictures when I moved in so I had little to do to try avoid the charge.

We were concerned to read your review, and have carefully looked into the matter. When you moved into the property a detailed Inventory & Schedule of Condition was provided which included numerous photographs of the cleanliness and condition of the property. Further photographs were then taken as part of your move out inspection. Unfortunately these photographs do show that the property was not left in the same condition as when you moved in (if you would like us to forward these images once again, please do contact us at the office and we will be happy to do so). I understand that because you had moved away from the area you were unable to return to clean the property yourself, and that you asked us to provide a quote to do so, and that you agreed this quote before the clean was undertaken. I was very sorry to hear that you felt the property was cleaner when you moved out than when you moved in, but would once again confirm that we do have photographic evidence which shows this not to be the case.
