Have no faith in Estate agents whatsoever from experiences over the years. But, we bought our 1st property in Swindon through Jo at Ewemove and what a difference in the world of estate agents. Jo is professional, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to help you in whatever way she can. Fast forward 2 years and we have a property to let so who else to use but Ewemove. This time we had Jenna as she deals with rentals. Jenna has the same ethos as Jo and we are over the moon with her. We used Jo at EweMove for the sale of our home and the estate agent for the purchase of our new home. Buying and selling a home in the middle of a pandemic wasn't easy but Jo really did g out of her way to make sure the whole process ran as smoothly as possible. I had a great experience selling with Jo. Great photos to make the house look its best. Sold within 24 hours. Always on the end of the phone if you need her, or a WhatsApp message away. She was really proactive in helping me find a property too, sending me my own personal video tours of properties coming onto the market that fit my criteria. At a time when so many agents are either unwilling or unable to do their job, it was really refreshing to have somebody that I could trust.

A first-class, professional and personable experience from start to finish. Jo consistently went the extra mile, providing support and advice in a factual (never pushy), and considered manner. She was always contactable and responsive and regularly moved her schedule around to accommodate viewings at my property.
