Jo came in just as we were getting fed up of our previous estate agents and beginning to doubt whether our house is saleable or not. She knew the market, had frank discussions about thr schools, parks around the area and who would be the right clients willing to go for the house. We used Jo at EweMove for the sale of our home and the estate agent for the purchase of our new home. Buying and selling a home in the middle of a pandemic wasn't easy but Jo really did g out of her way to make sure the whole process ran as smoothly as possible. After only 2 weeks of our house being on the marker we had received 3 different offers! Jo was very proactive with getting people in through the door and we had a consistent stream of viewings. To help encourage more people to view she also did a Facebook live from our home during the day to really help show it to its full potential. Nothing was ever too much trouble and her communication was brilliant. She is not your typical high street sales agent, she has a great way of connecting with people on a personal level and you can tell she has a real passion for what she does. I have lived in and around Swindon for many years, currently living locally in South Cerney with my husband, two children, vocal Bengal cat and crazy Labrador! Having worked for a corporate company for 20 years in various customer service roles, I decided it was time for me to look for a new venture in life. Having always had a passion and interest in property from buying my first home at just 21 years old and moving several times over the years I felt that many Estate Agents were missing something very important - how to look after their customer. In 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith and set up EweMove Estate Agents in Swindon. Together with my good friend and colleague Alex, EweMove Cirencester we have grown EweMove Swindon into a successful business, helping people to sell and buy houses in Swindon and surrounding villages. Putting our customers at the forefront of our business we pride ourselves on our personal touch. Always on hand to offer advice and support throughout the transaction, from your very first phone call to the day we personally meet our buyers to hand over the keys on completion day. I love my job. Being an Estate Agent is not just about selling houses (which we do - very successfully), but about the journey we go through with all of our vendors and our buyers, many of whom have become personal friends.
