A first-class, professional and personable experience from start to finish. Jo consistently went the extra mile, providing support and advice in a factual (never pushy), and considered manner. She was always contactable and responsive and regularly moved her schedule around to accommodate viewings at my property. I genuinely felt as though Jo really cared about the sale of my property and was alongside me making the process easier and less stressful every step of the way. I really felt as though she was as equally emotionally-invested in the whole process as I was! I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

EweMove Estate agents were fantastic during our purchasing process, the team were available and kept us up to date on how the purchase was progressing with emails and telephone calls, plus there was an online tracker also. Jo Moss was always available for any questions or queries we may have and to assist in obtaining additional viewings when required for measuring up etc, and the 'Welcome to your New Home' present was a lovely touch on moving day. I have lived in and around Swindon for many years, currently living locally in South Cerney with my husband, two children, vocal Bengal cat and crazy Labrador! Having worked for a corporate company for 20 years in various customer service roles, I decided it was time for me to look for a new venture in life. Having always had a passion and interest in property from buying my first home at just 21 years old and moving several times over the years I felt that many Estate Agents were missing something very important - how to look after their customer. In 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith and set up EweMove Estate Agents in Swindon. Together with my good friend and colleague Alex, EweMove Cirencester we have grown EweMove Swindon into a successful business, helping people to sell and buy houses in Swindon and surrounding villages. Putting our customers at the forefront of our business we pride ourselves on our personal touch. Always on hand to offer advice and support throughout the transaction, from your very first phone call to the day we personally meet our buyers to hand over the keys on completion day. I love my job. Being an Estate Agent is not just about selling houses (which we do - very successfully), but about the journey we go through with all of our vendors and our buyers, many of whom have become personal friends.
