Dear Swindon Team Firstly our sincere apologies for the long over due review! We are a couple from London who rented out our property via Belvoir since April last year and pleased is not the word to say the least! We had so many up and downs with the last minute purchase of property( sellers ) and if it was not for Mathew time, patience , first hand knowledge of the rental property market I truly believe we would have given up on this purchase for sure! However Mathew explained everything in detail outlining all the pros and cons , supporting us from start to finish and giving us hope that we could make our little dream possible without all the headaches of traveling back and fourth from London to Swindon! There have been an occasion or two where Mathew has had to be present near the property last minute and even that was taken with a pinch of salt!
