I have used Belvoir for both letting (as a landlord) and sales for over 15 years now and can honestly say that it's been a pleasure. I have just sold a property through them and had a few problems that were nothing to do with Belvoir. Poppy, my contact at Belvoir, was professional, helpful and at hand constantly. She went out of her way to help resolve my problems, kept the sale going and updated me constantly. I've had a lot of contact with estate agents in different parts of the country and Poppy was the best agent I have worked with. I would happily use Belvoir again and will recommend to anyone in Swindon that needs an estate agent.
