We have been renting through RF&O for 2 and a half years and I cannot recommend them enough. Today we had a mini calamity and Fiona couldn’t have been more helpful. A roofer arrived in under an hour (on a rainy Saturday morning), made the area safe between both our house and our neighbours property and advised us on best next steps. Fiona kept in contact throughout and talked us through what she was arranging with our landlord. Such a caring lettings company who genuinely care about their tenants and landlords.
