SOLD! After a very frustrating few months with another agent we took our house off the market before Christmas. We met and spoke to Rob who spent a good while looking at our property and running us through the process. He made some suggestions on presentation for the house to improve impressions for buyers. My advice here. Take it on the chin! If he says paint it, then do it. If he says to remove something then remove it. Remember that he has a fresh pair of eyes to see the potential in a sale. He then valued our house and it was launched for sale again just literally before business closed for Christmas. Two viewings were made within 2 days. In early January there were a number of viewings and the house sold for full asking price. We. Didn't think it would happen but it has.
